Tooling Technician / Mold Repair Technician

2nd Shift and 3rd ShiftResponsibilitiesMaintain consistent onsite attendance, follow safety protocols, and keep work areas clean and organizedExecute full tooling repair cycles independently, including troubleshooting, documentation, assembly/disassembly, polishing, and preparing tooling for production Perform accurate maintenance and replacement of components such as cavities, cores, slides, ejector pins, hydraulic cylinders, water/oil lines, and hosesFabricate and rework tooling elements"”date wheels, screws, fixtures, cores, punches"”and perform welding, machining, and basic setups on grinders, lathes, mills, and related equipmentApply advanced technical skills including trigonometry, GD&T, and CNC programming/operation to modify tooling, reduce scrap, and support production readinessQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent1-3 years of experience working in a tool room within a die-casting environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and strong practical math skills for machining tasks Certified to operate forklifts, hoists, cranes, and trained in LOTO proceduresSalary: $25/hr. - $32/hr. + Relocation assistanceAsk for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
