Production Operator

Summary: Location: Russell, KS Contract Duration: 6 Months Responsibilities: Operate machines or processes following a prescribed routine. Perform adjustments to processes or machinery as directed. Record and report production numbers. Operate manufacturing equipment such as Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, Mixer, Extrusion, etc. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Steel-toed shoes required. Required Skills: Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Effective communication skills in one-on-one and group settings. Capability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to be observant and accurate. Excellent punctuality and solid communication skills. Great interpersonal skills and flexibility. Basic math skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines.
