To accommodate required in-person meetings, candidates must reside within Indiana or within 10 miles of the state line.Why IPMG?Work-life balanceDedicated training programOpportunities for advancementGenerous paid time off and company holidays--including birthday, work anniversary, and mental health days!Expense and mileage reimbursement What You'll Do: Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the familyHelp families access services and supports they need to meet their goalsFacilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of careWho You'll Work With: Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families What You Need:A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportationThe ability to pass thorough background screensA BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 settingDesignated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
