Generator Technician

They are looking for a highly skilled generator technician to join their team. Responsibilities:Service/repair generators, change air filters, change oil, check battery levels, check spark plugs, etc. Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting for customers generators (including DC & AC voltage equipment). Work independently or with a small team with a work vehicle serving residential and commercial standby generators. Driving a company van. Requirements:5+ years of experience installing and servicing back up generators. Experience with generators, transfer switches, maintenance, or troubleshooting. Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems. A valid driving license. This job is with an independent Generac dealer and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
