Pharmacy Tech IV w/CHEMO EXPERIENCE - Under the supervision of a pharmacist, fills medication orders, pre-packages, compounds pharmaceuticals, refills stock supplies, delivers medication and performs various clerical duties as required Tech should be able to compound sterile products in our IV room suite as well as be familiar with Dose Edge (our safety equipment for Sterile products).Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with an active NM or compact license. Traveler must have permanent address outside of radius rule of 75 miles. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.13 weeks assignment, 2 years' experience current required. . Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.SHIFTS: 8 hour varied - starts at 8:00am - Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On call, weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
