What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cytology/Cytotechnology. CT (ASCP) or SCT (ASCP) certification. Minimum of 5 years of professional cytology experience. Leadership experience preferred - ideal for someone confident in managing people while remaining actively engaged in lab operations.
