The Electronic Controls Project Managerwill provide hands-on Project Management and technical leadership for Controller and Digital product solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesDefine project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with key stakeholdersLead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, controls, testing, and product developmentEnsure alignment of product, controls, and mobile app projects with customer installation and service experienceDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, metrics, and issue tracking for transparent executionFacilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and issue resolutionParticipate in design reviews to ensure required hardware and software features are incorporatedDrive risk management through requirements traceability, FMEA, and test executionWhat You NeedBachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical EngineeringSome Exposure in developing embedded, microprocessor-based controls and digital productsStrong experience with system requirements, traceability, FMEA, and electronics failure analysisProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical programsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in EngineeringExperience in gas appliances, HVAC, or water heating systemsBackground in electronics design, software, manufacturing, or quality/reliabilityProject Management certificationSix Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certification
