Must Have Technical/Functional Skills• Enterprise QA / TCOE leadership• Portfolio and multi vendor governance• Executive stakeholder engagement• Risk, audit, and compliance management• Agile and Waterfall governance modelsRoles & Responsibilities Enterprise Governance & Strategy:• Define, own, and evolve the enterprise TCOE governance strategy, covering QA, SQA, automation, performance, test data, and metrics• Align governance outcomes with business objectives such as operational stability, regulatory compliance, and release predictability• Own governance frameworks, including charters, operating models, RACIs, OLAs, and decision rights• Ensure consistent adoption of governance standards across portfolios, delivery models, and vendorsExecutive Oversight & Decision Authority• Act as the final escalation authority for QA and testing governance risks and conflicts• Participate in Annual Planning and PI Planning to ensure governance readiness and risk coverage• Drive cross portfolio issue resolution where ownership or scope overlaps exist• Lead governance councils, audits, and executive review forumsVendor & Portfolio Governance• Oversee vendor QA performance and contractual adherence from a governance standpoint• Review portfolio level compliance trends, risks, and corrective actions• Ensure transparency and accountability through executive level reporting and value narrativesSalary Range $100,000-$130,000 yearsTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
