Lead Carpenter

Restoration Technician Should have experience in: Residential and Commercial Construction. Have knowledge of (framing, trim, kitchen cabinets, insulation, sheetrock, taping, painting, tile and masonry. Requirements: Speak English (Bilingual a plus). Have a valid S.S # Reliable Transportation. Overtime when necessary. Clean valid Driver's License. Please include your salary requirements with your email. Please attach your resume. If no resume attach work history of last 5 to 10 Years. Include 3 References. A successful candidate should be familiar with all phases of restoration. You should also have the ability to work independently as well as work with other crew members. You must be able to troubleshoot all aspects of various projects. You should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic. Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience. Job Duties: Direct, and work with other crew members Perform any tasks needed to meet deadlines Help create material lists and timelines Oversee and maintain job from start to completion Requirements: Min 5 year's experience Working knowledge and ability to safely operate shop tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to speak professionally with clients Able to identify and troubleshoot various issues Able to run projects with minimal supervision Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour At Rainbow International Restoration we're helping families out when disaster strikes, turning their damaged houses back into homes.
