Nurse Practitioner

Minimum qualifications: Must have a New York State License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse; and certification by the New York State Education Department in a specialty area to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Duties: Provide chronic and emergency health care to 1000+ incarcerated individuals (1) Full time - 8am-4pm Monday - Friday located Walsh RMU (1) Part time - 20 hours weekly - located Walsh RMU - Work days negotiable The award will be made to vendor who provides the best overall value based on the combination of price and the qualifications of the candidate. Mohawk CF is a medium security facility, however Walsh RMU is a maximum security center located within Mohawk CF. "Resumes strongly preferred, but not required in order to submit a bid.
