This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, service, and repairs on ag and turf equipment at customer locations using a mobile service unit.Responsibilities Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on John Deere and other competitive brand equipment Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and warranty work Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately Communicate service findings and recommendations to customers Maintain mobile service vehicle inventory, tools, and cleanliness Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Must have adequate personal set of tools to perform work responsibilities Proven experience with agricultural or turf equipment repair Proficiency in using diagnostic tools Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Knowledge of safety standards related to machinery repair
