This role blends traditional litigation support with executive-level administrative responsibilities, including direct assistance to senior leadership. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and can manage competing priorities with precision.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys, including senior partnersManage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling logisticsPrepare, revise, and format legal documents with a high level of accuracyMaintain and organize case files (both digital and physical) for easy access and complianceCoordinate client communications and serve as a professional point of contactAssist with court filings at the state and federal level, including electronic submissionsCompile materials for hearings, depositions, and trials, including exhibits and bindersConduct conflict checks and assist with new matter intake processesDraft routine correspondence and manage time-sensitive mailings and filingsProvide executive support to leadership, including meeting coordination and confidential administrative tasksQualifications:5+ years of experience in legal support, preferably within litigationExperience with e-filing in state and federal courtsBackground supporting executives or senior leadership is a plusStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesHigh attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while also contributing to a team environmentComfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven settingAdditional Details:Start Date: ASAPInterview Process: Initial HR screen followed by onsite interviewsTeam Size: 15+ (including attorneys and support staff)Company Size: 100+ employeesHours per Week: Full-timeOvertime: May be requiredPerks:Generous paid time off and holiday scheduleRetirement plan with employer contributionWellness and employee assistance programsFlexible spending accountsPaid parental leaveProfessional, team-oriented environmentComplimentary parkingAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
