Job DetailsJob Responsibilities: • Deliver and collect patient meal trays • Set up tray line stations and follow portion control guidelines • Prepare salads, sandwiches, desserts, and restock floor refrigerators as needed • Set up beverage carts and assist with special events as assigned • Follow diet extensions and food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination • Clean kitchen areas and sanitize equipment according to policy • Sort, store, and handle utensils, food, and supplies properly • Operate dish room station; record dishwasher temperatures • Ensure work areas are clean and organized before breaks and at the end of the shift • Adjust to changing assignments and complete tasks within designated timeframes • Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience • Prior food service experience helpful • Basic knowledge of cleaning and food production equipment preferred • Ability to read and write in English • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team Why Join Us: Competitive pay with shift differentials Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities to gain experience and grow within the organization Be part of something bigger.
