Skilled Trades Recruiter

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction StaffingRecruiter to join our team!We are looking for recruiters with prior high-volume experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles within the construction industry (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). For this role, we are not considering candidates with heavy on-demand manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, healthcare, IT, and/or tech staffing backgrounds.This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry.Location: Rockledge, FLSalary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commissionHours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time offQualificationsCandidates must have 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds)Strong sourcing skillsProven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needsBilingual a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quicklyKey ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewingBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networkingPartner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutionsCommunicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experienceAccurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirementsOccasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlinesWhy Join SST?Competitive base salary plus monthly incentive bonusesFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding companySupportive and dynamic team culture
