What You ll Do: Independently evaluate and treat urgent care patients, handling cases from adults and children aged 6 months and up.Perform minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more.Utilize Epic EMR for thorough documentation and seamless patient management.Provide care for up to 40 patients daily, maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence and soft skills, supporting a positive patient and staff experience.Collaborate with offsite supervising physicians and other support staff to ensure quality care delivery.Required Skills: Minimum 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience.Proficiency in Epic EMR system.Board certification in PA (NCCPA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (AFNP, FNP-BC).Active BLS, DEA licenses, and appropriate state licensure.Ability to manage high patient volumes efficiently and with professionalism.Excellent communication and soft skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.Nice to Have Skills: Experience with pediatric and adult patient management.Skills in minor procedures and urgent care diagnostics.Prior exposure to Epic EMR customization or advanced features.Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of urgent care or emergency setting experience.Proven track record of handling diverse patient cases with positive outcomes.Other Requirements: Must be local within a 60-mile radius of assigned sites; travel reimbursement is not provided beyond mileage.Availability to participate in mandatory EMR training sessions.Successful passing of a clinical screening process.Commitment to ongoing credentialing and onboarding processes.We offer competitive pay packages of $1.00/hour along with benefits including weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
