Job Description:Position: Power BI Developer / Data AnalystType (Contract, C2H): FTELocation: Rock Hill, SCPay Range: 75K - 85K + BenefitsDay to day:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsTranslate business requirements into KPIs and visualizationsSupport reporting for manufacturing, inventory, cost, and operationsEnsure reports are scalable, user-friendly, and high-performingManage scope, risks, and change requestsCollaborate with stakeholders across business unitsMust haves:Bachelor's in IS, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)3+ years building Power BI solutions in enterprise environmentsStrong Power BI experience (datasets, dashboards, deploymentStrong data modeling (star schema, relationships, performance tuning)Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) skillsExperience working with ERP data (inventory, production, sales, costing)Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutionsStrong communication and attention to detailPlus:Experience with D365 F&O data and reportingStrong SQL skills (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse)Power BI Service admin and deployment pipelines experienceKnowledge of data governance and data quality practicesExperience with manufacturing analytics (throughput, WIP, scrap, yield, capacity)
