Department: House Reports To: Lodging and Front Office Manager Classification: Seasonal Job Summary Oak Hill Country Club is seeking friendly, service-focused Shuttle Drivers to help create exceptional first and last impressions for our members and guests. This role is essential to delivering a warm welcome and seamless arrival and departure experience through professional, courteous shuttle and parking assistance. Essential Functions Shuttle Drivers consistently provide an outstanding and memorable experience by ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming transportation services throughout the property while upholding Oak Hill Country Club's service standards. Core Competencies & Expectations * Embraces and demonstrates Oak Hill Country Club's Acorns of Excellence * Neatly groomed and dressed in accordance with club appearance standards * Strong communication skills when interacting with members, guests, associates, and internal departments * Works collaboratively and professionally with team members * Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and extended shifts as needed * Willing to perform additional duties as assigned Duties & Responsibilities * Greets members and guests with a warm, professional, and friendly welcome * Assists members and guests entering and exiting vehicles * Supports bag drop operations and assists with golf clubs and luggage * Provides shuttle cart transportation to various areas of the property * Offers club information, directions, and daily event details to guests * Communicates effectively via radio with the Golf Service Center and Reception Desk * Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe parking lot * Monitors and assists with vendor deliveries * Ensures employees park in designated areas * Follows all safety protocols and procedures * Attends required staff meetings * Completes other related tasks as assigned by leadership Education * High school diploma or equivalent required Experience * Prior country club experience strongly preferred Licenses & Special Requirements * Valid driver's license required * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions * Reliable transportation to and from work required Physical Demands & Work Environment * Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions * Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, elevated areas, and moderate to loud noise levels * Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling * Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds * Able to meet and perform the physical requirements of the position in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Schedule Seasonal position. Days and hours vary based on club operations and weather conditions. Regularly works 45+ hours per week, with additional hours required during peak event weeks. Wage Competitive wage, based on experience.
