Warehouse Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Rochester, NY area! The candidate will oversee all warehouse operations on their shift, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual must be highly organized, strong with numbers and Excel, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while leading a team.The role reports to the New York Director of Operations and works closely with other hubs, including the Bronx warehouse (CDL driver operations). This is a 2nd shift role Responsibilities:30+ direct reportsLead and manage shift-level warehouse and fulfillment operations, including inbound and outbound workflowsEnsure timely, accurate order fulfillment and maintain SLA complianceTrack daily volume, throughput, and team performance; coach and develop associates and supervisorsMaintain and improve SOPs; ensure adherence across the shiftForecast staffing needs and manage schedulingCommunicate effectively with internal teams, partners, and vendorsCollaborate with Central Operations, People, and other departments to ensure seamless operationsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to inventory tracking and reportingDrive continuous improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and technologyMaintain operational stability during high-pressure or rapidly changing conditionsRequirements: Must be open to shiftStrong supervisors ready for the next step are encouraged to applyStrong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage teams of 30+ employeesExcellent Excel proficiency (tested during interview process)Strong project management skills and comfort with ambiguityExperience with SOP creation, implementation, or optimizationBackground in warehouse, logistics, or distributionExperience with inbound/outbound tracking, staffing forecasting, and vendor coordinationHigh empathy, strong communication skills, and ability to work with diverse teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a startup-like environmentHigh EQ, low ego, and willingness to pitch in"”including hands-on work when neededFamiliarity with MS Office and business software (ERP/CRM)Must be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs., and perform physical warehouse tasksDegree preferred but not required
