Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings preferred.Competence with common PT modalities such as ultrasound, NMES, iontophoresis and skilled techniques including manual muscle testing and joint ROM assessment.Experience supervising or directing Physical Therapy Assistants preferred.
