As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions * Process customer orders efficiently and accurately * Assist in all areas of the operations including prepping, preparing, and packing products * Respond to customer questions about products, services, and company policies * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary * Identify and communicate common customer concerns to management * Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment * Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company products, services, and policies * Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong active listening abilities and empathy towards customers * Proficiency in using computer systems, including order processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools * Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling refunds * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively * Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and data entry * Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues * Previous customer service experience preferred * Conflict resolution skills to handle challenging customer situations professionally * Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure * Enthusiasm for learning about new products and services Additional Information
