Job Title: Field Service Technician Location: Roanake, VA What's the Job? Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC and Printer products at customer sites. Configure hardware, software, and network components to ensure optimal functionality. Manage and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations, and printers. Educate customers about technology solutions and troubleshoot hardware problems efficiently. Collaborate with escalation teams and document service activities accurately. What's Needed? Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college education preferred. Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays. Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
