Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor for theft-related activity, trespassing, and/or disorderly conduct, and report concerns to management and/or public emergency responders when needed; Assist with access control, closing procedures, and customer assistance requests while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location
