The Outside Sales Representative is the key player in implementation of sales and customer service strategy. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for managing a sales territory and would serve as main point of contact for business accounts in their region.Essential Duties & Responsiblities:Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satsfactionEstablish customer rapport with products and servicesEducating business customers on new technologiesManaging data/leads in SalesForceSupporting team members and peers to achieve KPIsAttend daily staff/ campaign meetings Outside Sales Requirements:Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to provide an outstanding level of customer serviceExemplary self-discipline and work ethicOutstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented with a proactive positive attitudeWillingness to take initiative and ownership of projectsDetail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively and with a sense of urgency, sometimes under a high level of stressExcellent organizational and time management skillsProven to be reliable, diligent, self-motivated, and dedicatedThoroughness and attention to detailAbility to conduct face to face business meetingsGrooming - employee must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Good hygiene & professional appearance required. Business attire in office and during events required. Employees may be required to wear client attire (to be provided) when representing the client in public.Ability to work Monday - Friday work schedule
