Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose health conditions, and develop individualized care plans. Participate in a 3-9 month onboarding fellowship/training program for NP/PAs. Serve patients in rural communities within Adams County (mileage reimbursed). Lead comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with chronic pain. Build and manage your own patient panel, providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Candidate requirements Board-Certified NP or PA with current Washington APRN license; MSN or DNP required. Experience or interest in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, functional medicine, spine surgery, or family medicine. Passionate about serving rural communities; open to new graduates.
