This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive execution, coordinate engineering and operations teams, and deliver results with minimal ramp time. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading projects in manufacturing or engineering settings and can demonstrate clear ownership of outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive full project lifecycle from scope definition through execution and deliveryLead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operationsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plansDrive execution, remove blockers, and ensure on-time project deliveryCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersManage project risks, changes, and issue resolutionSupport product launches, process implementations, and production initiativesProvide clear project updates and reporting to leadershipEnsure alignment between project deliverables and business objectivesRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environmentsProven experience leading projects end-to-end with clear ownership of execution and outcomesExperience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and operationsStrong project planning, scheduling, and budgeting experienceExperience using project management tools (MS Project or similar)Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience with product development or new product launchesExposure to Stage-Gate or structured product development processesLean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experiencePMP or equivalent certification
