Production Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Production Foreman / Fabrication Supervisor to manage daily operations of our fabrication shop. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge and proven experience with ASME pressure vessels and tanks. The ideal candidate can lead shop personnel, coordinate production and ensure high-quality fabrication while meeting schedules and safety requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage day-to-day fabrication shop operationsLead and coordinate welders, fitters and shop personnelOversee fabrication of ASME-coded vessels, tanks and related equipmentRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and weld symbolsEnsure compliance with ASME codes, quality standards and safety requirementsCoordinate materials, labor, and workflow to meet production deadlinesWork closely with engineering, QA/QC and managementMaintain shop efficiency, organization, and productivityTroubleshoot fabrication issues and provide technical guidanceRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years experience in fabrication shop supervision or foreman roleStrong experience with ASME pressure vessels and tanks (required)Solid understanding of welding processes, fit-up and fabrication practicesAbility to manage people and production schedules effectivelyExperience working in a job-shop or custom fabrication environmentComfortable working hands-on when neededPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with ASME Section VIIIQA/QC or inspection coordination experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsCompensation & Work Structure1099 contractor position40-60 hours per weekCompetitive pay based on experienceJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $ $35.00 per hourWork Location: In person
