Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in long term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads in a 40-hour workweek preferred.Experience working with interdisciplinary therapy teams and electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Days: Monday - Friday.Schedule: 40 hours per week.Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
