Job Description:
Join a travel therapy team as a Speech-Language Pathologist and apply your clinical skills in a skilled nursing facility in Rio Rancho, NM. You will help patients improve communication and swallowing function while working in a rehabilitative, long-term care environment. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.Active New Mexico state license or ability to obtain New Mexico licensure prior to the assignment start.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Experience providing dysphagia assessment and treatment and familiarity with common SNF documentation and billing practices preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.Work Days: Sunday through Saturday availability noted; schedule will follow facility staffing needs.Assignment Length: 13 weeks.Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week.Candidate must be able to complete required New Mexico caregiver account setup prior to start.
