This is a 3-month onsite contract role. Warehouse Inventory Support Specialist (SAP)Position SummaryThe Warehouse Inventory Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and monitoring inbound and put-away activities to ensure materials are properly received, stored, and recorded in SAP.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory processesInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain high accuracy levelsMonitor inbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materialsSupport and verify proper put-away of goods within the warehouseUpdate and maintain inventory records in SAP, ensuring data integrityAssist with inventory adjustments and transaction processing in SAPCollaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to resolve issuesIdentify opportunities to improve inventory control and warehouse processesEnsure compliance with company procedures and inventory management standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferredExperience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logisticsExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills (Excel, data entry, reporting)Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
