Overview:To provide clerical and administrative support to Financial Consultants and serve as the first point of contact to service a high volume of daily client interactions.Responsibilities:Open and service investment accounts for individuals and business entitiesProcess money movement and securities transfersResolve operational exceptionsAnalyze problems and seek solutions timely with the client in mindPrepare presentation reports for client meetingsMaintain calendar and schedule for Financial ConsultantAssist Financial Consultant with marketing effortsMaintain a FINRA compliant branch filing systemQualifications:College degree in business related field OR 2 years of securities industry or banking experienceFinancial Services product knowledgeExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteTime management skills; ability to multi task and prioritize tasksTeamwork SkillsHighly organized self-starter preferredPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.Note: This is a brief description of this position and is not limited to those described herein.
