In this critical role, you will act as a strategic business partner and primary HR advisor to our business and site leadership, aligning workforce and people strategies with our operational and financial objectives. Your responsibilities will include coaching leaders on various HR matters such as performance management, employee engagement, and change management. Your expertise will be vital in managing employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to company policies, and overseeing the complete recruitment process for assigned client groups. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience. A strong background in employee relations—especially within manufacturing or operational contexts—and experience supporting multi-site HR functions are essential. Key skills required include excellent employee relations and investigation capabilities, as well as strong coaching and influencing skills. Advanced skills in Excel and HR reporting are necessary, alongside a profound understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and performance management practices. You must be capable of working independently and making informed decisions. While HR certifications are preferred, experience in decentralized or private equity-backed organizations is a significant advantage.
