Our client, a global Big Tech firm, is looking to hire a Program Manager (I) in Reston, VAPay Rate Range: $90-$95/hr. on W2 (all-inclusive) DOE Program Manager (I) Reston, VA - Hybrid6/7-months contractResponsibilities: Opportunity & Pipeline ManagementManage end-to-end Vector opportunity workflows, including the creation and configuration of quotes, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).Coordinate directly with Pre-Sales, DPO, and DSS teams to ensure all requirements are met for successful bookings.Develop and maintain custom reports to provide visibility into the sales pipeline and general opportunity health.Strategic Meeting Support & ReportingOwn the production of Weekly Leadership decks, specifically managing staffing slides, Service Line AI reports, and cohort availability data.Facilitate team meetings, providing real-time support and ensuring action items are captured.Represent the team in regional syncs, such as the Americas PMO meeting.Planning & Tactical ExecutionMaintain and optimize Task flow Planners, balancing proactive project mapping with reactive Incident Response Remediation (IRR) needs.Manage the IR Remediation Cohort, including tracker maintenance and the coordination of critical weekend handoff calls.Monitor communication channels (email distros and Google chats) to triage intake of remediation tickets, ad-hoc requests and general STS inquiries.Requirements: As a Program Manager, you execute defined programs for your immediate team with collaboration from your teammates. You execute well-defined projects under limited guidance. You stretch to address undefined challenges with limited guidance from your teammates. You utilize existing protocols including meetings and project plans to monitor and manage program tasks and stakeholders. You identify, collaborate with, and communicate with stakeholders with minimal guidance from your teammates. You have foundational knowledge of the domain of your program. Responsibilities include:In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of a basic program. Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases and include risks/dependencies.Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders. Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Identify and execute on program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation. Collect Data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. Facilitate effective meetings.Create and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Ensure communications are organized and visible to immediate program stakeholders.Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects. In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author stakeholder map. Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution.
