Job Description:
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns.• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security.• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Certifications (Highly Preferred)• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (for LWC-heavy roles)Soft Skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to lead projects and work independently.
