The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.Technical Proficiencies:Core Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.Integrations: Deep experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and various integration patterns.Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security protocols.DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.Certifications (the more the better)Salesforce Platform Developer I & IISalesforce Application Architect or System ArchitectSalesforce Certified Integration Architecture DesignerSalesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (specifically for LWC)Soft SkillsAnalytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a logical approach to technical challenges.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
