Key Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy across pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical lab processes Serve as subject matter expert within designated department Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and operational issues Collaborate with Lab Leadership, Medical Director, Quality team, and IT/LIS Perform duties aligned with MLS/MLS Senior or Histotechnologist scope as assigned Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Requirements: Nevada Clinical Laboratory Technologist or Histotechnologist license (required at hire) Ability to obtain Nevada General Supervisor license MLS (ASCP), HTL (ASCP), or equivalent national certification required ASCP Specialist certification preferred Minimum 3 years Clinical Laboratory Science experience (5 preferred) Interested!?
