Learn more about our mission and career opportunities at and .Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Reidsville, NC, for a Facilities Project and EHS Manager. The position is responsible for managing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with regulations. Additionally, the role involves overseeing facility projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. The Facilities Project and EHS Manager will work collaboratively across teams to train employees, drive health and safety best practices, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and ensure operational excellence.Facilities & Infrastructure ManagementOversee all plant utilities and infrastructure (HVAC, compressed air, electrical systems, fire protection, waste handling)Ensure high reliability and uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategiesManage facility service providers and contractorsMaintain compliance with local, state (North Carolina), and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA, NFPA)Lead facility audits, inspections, and corrective action plans Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE / EHS) LeadershipDrive a strong safety culture aligned with Drylock's zero-incident visionOwn site safety programs including: OSHA complianceLOTO, machine guarding, NFPA 70EIncident investigation and root cause analysisSafety training and auditsLead environmental compliance (waste management, air/water permits, chemical handling)Maintain all required OSHA logs and reportingAnalyze KPIs and implement continuous safety improvementsRisk Management & ComplianceConduct risk assessments for new equipment, projects, and facility changesEnsure all facility modifications meet safety and regulatory standardsLead emergency preparedness and response planningMaintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspectionsCapital Projects & ExpansionLead site capital projects from concept through execution (scope, budget, timeline)Support new production line installations, facility expansions, and layout improvementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and global engineering teamsManage external contractors, vendors, and permitting processesEnsure projects are delivered: On timeWithin budgetQualificationsProficiency in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) frameworks and Occupational Health standardsExperience or certifications in NEBOSH (or equivalent) and compliance with health and safety regulationsStrong capabilities in Project Management, including project planning, execution, and monitoringAbility to deliver effective Training programs focused on safety, health, and operational processesExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsDemonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferredRelevant certifications in EHS or Project Management are a plusBachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirableExperience7-10+ years in manufacturing (preferably high-speed converting, packaging, or similar)Proven experience in: Facilities managementCapital project executionEHS/SHE leadershipExperience in a fast-growing or greenfield/expansion environment is strongly preferredPartner closely with: Maintenance (equipment reliability & utilities)Production (operational readiness)Quality (compliance and audits)HR (training and safety culture)Provide technical leadership during startup of new lines and plant expansions
