How you will make a difference (job overview):The Rehabilitation Therapist Lead is responsible for providing direct and indirect rehabilitation services to participants. These services are provided through individualized and/or group activities for participants. Division/Program Overview: MHRC is a 16 bed, inpatient program that provides intensive support and rehabilitative services.The individuals served are 18-64 years old with mental health struggles that have necessitated placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health facility.Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services are provided by a multidisciplinary team.The team supports individuals in developing the skills to become self- sufficient and increase levels of independence and functioningLearn more about SBHG at: Additional Information:Norcalrecruitment@In accordance with California law, the grade for this position is 71,163.76 - 106,745.64.
