Position: Data Collections Recruitment ManagerLocation: Redmond, WA/RemoteFull-time with CentificWe're hiring a Recruitment Manager with strong experience in large-scale data collection and AI-driven environments.Your Role and Responsibilities As a Data Collections Recruitment Manager, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle of contingent workers for our on-site data collection projects. Your key responsibilities include:Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities.Manage team workload, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing operations.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Talent Sourcing & Management:Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool to meet specific project demands.Craft compelling job advertisements that attract top talent and clearly communicate project requirements.Lead and train a team of local outreach ambassadors to foster community recruitment.Collaborate with the Global Sourcing, Vendor Management and CTA teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.Qualify our global community of collaborators by screening and selecting suitable candidates for both remote and onsite positions in our AI data projects.Manage a team of schedulers and design the best scheduling process per project requirements.Identify and monitor top performers in all projects and promote retention initiatives.Recruitment Process Management:Manage the entire recruitment process, from application tracking to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.Request and assign qualification tests, to candidates.Support client proposal process (RFP/RFI) with rates, ramp up times and any other relevant information requested.Negotiate competitive rates for candidates, aligning with project requirements and market standards and company goals.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.Manage to process and archive collaboration agreements efficiently.Stakeholder Communication & Process Improvement:Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and recruitment metrics.Gather and analyse feedback on the internal sourcing and screening process, and propose improvements to tools and procedures.Create and manage recruitment dashboards to track key performance indicators.Required Technical and Professional Expertise5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting, focused on on-site data collection projects.3+ years of experience on managing teams.Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers.Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards.Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Benefits:Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage401k planPaid time off (PTO)And more!Learn more about us at .Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
