A fully remote litigation firm is expanding its auto liability defense practice and is seeking two attorneys: a Mid-Level Attorney (2-5 years) and a Senior Trial Attorney (7+ years). The firm maintains a strong operational infrastructure that supports attorneys through consistent communication, weekly meetings, and structured case oversight. Compensation Structure Mid-Level Attorney: $150,000-$175,000 DOE Senior Attorney: $175,000-$220,000 DOE Monthly production-based bonus (~$7,000-$10,000 annually after onboarding period), no origination or discretionary bonus structure Benefits Health insurance with $450/month employer contribution (after 60 days) Dental (50% employer-paid), vision, and life insurance ($50,000) 401(k) via ADP (after 60 days) Continuing education, bar dues, and recognition programs Full remote technology support Dedicated paralegal and secretarial support PTO includes 8 federal holidays 14 sick days 14 vacation days with flexible/unlimited structure Work Environment Fully remote (U.S.-based; California license required) 170 billable hours/month Weekly team meetings and ongoing communication expectations Strong emphasis on organization, responsiveness, and file management Mid-Level Attorney Responsibilities Manage auto liability cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations and settlement discussions Evaluate liability and damages, and prepare client reports Collaborate with the supervising partner on the case strategy Senior Attorney Responsibilities Handle cases from intake through trial and post-trial Conduct depositions, expert discovery, and trial proceedings Develop and execute litigation strategies independently Manage client communication and reporting Mentor junior attorneys and support staff (as applicable) Contribute to internal workflows and litigation processes Candidate Requirements Mid-Level Attorney 2-5 years of litigation experience in auto defense, PI defense, or civil litigation Strong writing and communication skills Ability to manage workload independently Senior Attorney 7+ years of litigation experience Trial experience (first or second chair) required Ability to independently manage a full caseload Experience supervising or mentoring preferred Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 Reference: 148571 #J-18808-Ljbffr
