Paid Holidays, VacationsNegotiable salary commensurate with experienceOur ideal candidate is motivated and able to work independently and as a team with high level of productivity. Responsibilities:• Oversight of insurance management (including verification, authorization) and billing for all payer types including Medicare, managed care, workers’ comp, commercial, government, etc. • Billing duties include claim scrubbing, claim submission and proactively following up with payers in securing payment of accounts and resolving claim rejections through account closure• Create, verify and maintain confidentiality of client records• Schedule and check in clients. Manage patient flow through front desk. Duties also include patient collections• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Answer insurance or any questions.• Assist to manage patient flow through front desk. Qualifications:• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, and prioritize. Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail •  Self-motivated team player who takes initiative and supports office needs beyond primary duties. • Familiarity with computer systems. Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents. Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Google Docs, and social media marketing•  Maintains a positive attitude while effectively managing time pressures, stress, and change. • Proven experience as a high-level medical office staff with strong attention to details and analytical skillsPreferred:• Experience in fast paced Physical Therapy office environment • Possess working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes for physical therapy• Bilingual a plus• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT codes for physical therapy.Education: High school or equivalentWe are excited that you are looking to join our team.
