PROVIDERS WITH FULLTIME AVAILABILITY AND ABLE TO WORK 5-8's or 4-10's WITH EXPERIENCE. THE SITE WILL NOT CONSIDER ANYONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE FULLTIME AVAILABILITY 3-4 weeks a month. Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 5-8's or 4-10 hour shifts with OT to be applied after 40 hours worked per week. Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital Monday through Friday No open heart, but they do mitral clips and watchmans. Yes to heads and healthy peds. No OB. Please note that lunches are not covered. No stipends. This is SUPERVISED. Call Night /Weekend - None What support staff is available - Anesthesia Techs and SCAs Age of patients - All ages Inpatient /Outpatient - Both Board Certified or Board Eligible - Certification required Reason For Need - Staffing Are Temp Privileges Granted - No No option for a pediatric CRNA at this time this position will work with an anesthesiologist and will cover all surgeries. We don t have a large volume of pediatrics, but we are 24+ OR s, so very busy. EMR - Epic Certification : BCLicense: PACredentialing : 90 Days
