General Manager

The General Manager works with patients, ensures that the team adheres to policies and procedures, supervises team members, oversees dispensary operations, and ensures a wonderful patient experience. Provides a wonderful experience for the patient. Advises patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis. Keeps abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends. Processes patients payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system. Ensures that the store is clean and well-organized at all times. Ensures company policies and procedures are followed. Hires, trains, and supports new employees. Resolve customer issues. Provides leadership and direction to all employees. Works closely with ownership to ensure stores are profitable and reputable. Ensures an excellent standard of customer service is upheld. Maintains the store to high standards, includes stocking products and regular cleaning. Completes tasks assigned by the ownership accurately and efficiently. Takes inventory of cannabis products and ensures that the sales floor is adequately stocked. Maintains compliance by following the proper policies and procedures set by the company and the state. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelors Degree or can substitute experience for degree. Two to four years of experience working as an AGM or GM in a dispensary. Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state. Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Work well with other team-members. Be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development. Ability to work autonomously when required. Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
