Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher: Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) requiredLicensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Psychologist licensure with supervision credential preferredExperience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferredHave or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher: Diagnostic assessmentsCounseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groupsReferral/linkage with other servicesDocumentation for provided services See yourself with a team that values cohesiveness.
