Are you ready to make an impact?  Job SummaryOur Pavement Maintenance Crew Members  utilize specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.  Responsibilities WHAT YOU’LL DO Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing and more Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site  Additional tasks as required   QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation Authorization required to work in the U.S.  You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve  You enjoy hard work outdoors year around You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail  Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs) Ability to work well independently unsupervised Past experience with construction, tile work and/or painting is an asset Note: EverLine appreciates our veterans service to our country and is military friendly!  Benefits/Perks: Competitive wages based on experience A challenging, fun atmosphere with a great team Training opportunities and advancement within the company  Company purpose statement is “to provide our employees with a workplace that is considered a vehicle for personal and professional growth”.
