With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Outdoor Nursery Worker to support the daily Nursery operations at our Randolph, WI location.Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PMWhat You'll Do:Potting and planting items sold in our catalogs and Garden CentersMaintaining Nursery plants: hoeing, digging, weedingMonitor plants for healthy growthPulling orders for shipping to our customers and storesOperate tractors and other company vehicles.Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:Must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to work both with a team and independently.Possess strong attention to detailPossess a valid driver's licenseAbility to work in all types of weather including extreme heat.Ability to team lift up to 50lbsCan stand, squat, sit, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.Prior plant or growing experience preferred, but not requiredWhy Join Jung Seed Co.?:Employee DiscountA friendly, supportive, and passionate teamIf you're ready to dig into a new opportunity and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
