Keysights Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA exists to provide precision machined metal components that enable the capabilities of Keysights industry leading electronic measurement equipment. As Swing Shift Operations Supervisor, you will develop and lead a highly skilled team operating our machining and secondary operations processes on swing shift with emphasis on safety and quality. Responsibilities include: Ensuring a safe work environment, providing incident support during swing shift. Ensuring adherence to Keysight quality standards, tracking NCM response, collaborating with site leadership on quality initiatives. Coordinating daily production schedules and operations activities for swing shift staff. Ensure smooth daily production transitions between day and swing shift.
