At Fieldswell Studios, we host podcast recordings, create content, and cultivate a community rooted in growth, connection, and elevated experiences.Role OverviewWe're looking for a highly organized, proactive Studio Coordinator & Social Media Associate to support the day-to-day operations of Fieldswell Studios. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment"”equally comfortable setting up podcast equipment, welcoming guests, and executing on social media content.You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless studio experience while also supporting content creation and social media execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Operations & Guest ExperienceOpen and prepare the studio for daily sessionsGreet and welcome clients/guests, ensuring a high-touch, professional experienceSet up and manage podcast recording equipment (cameras, audio, lighting)Assist guests with recording setup and basic troubleshootingMaintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the studio spaceContent & Social Media SupportCapture behind-the-scenes content (photo + video) during sessionsAssist in filming short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)Draft captions and support content schedulingOrganize content assets and maintain a content libraryStay on top of trends and contribute ideas for contentAdministrative & Personal SupportAssist with scheduling, coordination, and general studio logisticsSupport the founder with day-to-day operational needs as neededQualificationsProficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Comfortable using camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless preferred) and basic audio setupStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to take initiative and work independentlyInterest in wellness, media, or content creation is a plusPrior experience in a studio, production, or content environment preferredDetailsPart-time (15-20 hours a week) with room to expand On-site in Rancho Santa Fe, CAOpportunity for growth within a fast-evolving brand and creative studioWho You AreEnergetic, reliable, and detail-orientedTech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quicklyCreative with a strong eye for contentCalm under pressure and great with people
