The role involves managing a caseload of 3 to 5 patients per day, focusing on rehabilitation and support for a variety of diagnoses without pediatrics or hospice care.Responsibilities: Conducting daily patient visits and evaluations, managing a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs. Supervising up to 2 different PTA/COTAs while maintaining case continuity and efficiency. Participating in a thorough orientation and adhering to professional dress code standards.Requirements: Current CA PT license, BLS certification, and a valid NPI number. Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting, with preferred community/home health exposure. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
