We are known for exceptional customer service, fast turnaround times, and deep expertise in specialized unit requirements.As we expand into our new Raleigh warehouse, we are hiring an Operations and Production Specialist to support day to day fulfillment and help us build and scale our in house production capabilities.This is an operations first role, with customer service as a secondary responsibility. You will play a key role in keeping orders moving efficiently while helping us bring more production in house over time. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on worksolving problems, and growing with a company entering its next phase.What You'll DoOperations and Fulfillment (Primary Focus)Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficientlySupport inventory management, restocking, and cycle countsHelp maintain an organized and efficient warehouse workspaceAssist with returns, replacements, and reshipmentsJump in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothlyProduction Support and Growth (Evolving Responsibility)Assist in launching and scaling in-house production capabilities (heat-pressing, UV printing, lasers, embroidery, etc.)Learn and operate equipment over time with training providedHelp organize production workflows and maintain quality standardsContribute ideas to improve efficiency as production volume increasesCustomer Service and Order Management (Secondary)Support customer communication as needed including email, order updates, and issue resolutionAssist with order details, proofs, and approvals during busy periodsHelp ensure a smooth experience from order to deliveryProcess Improvement and Team SupportIdentify inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvementsSupport bulk orders, special projects, and high priority customers(This role will evolve as we grow.
