Clinical Trainer

Clinical Trainer - Full-Time Position - Raleigh Location We are seeking a hands-on Clinical Trainer to support the development and performance of our Medical Assistant team within a fast-paced orthopedic practice. This role combines direct patient care with a strong focus on training, onboarding, and staff development, while supporting efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: * Lead training, onboarding, and mentorship of new Medical Assistants * Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing coaching and performance support * Serve as a clinical resource for MA staff and reinforce best practices * Assist with staffing coordination and provide coverage support as needed * Support daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and provider productivity * Assist providers with orthopedic procedures (injections, casting, splinting, brace application) * Room patients, obtain vitals, and accurately document medical histories in the EMR * Prepare patients for exams and provide education on treatments and post-procedure care * Ensure exam rooms are stocked, clean, and prepared * Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols * Support quality initiatives, workflow improvements, and clinical documentation standards * Assist with supply management, inventory, and implementation of new processes or systems * Collaborate with leadership and participate in staff meetings and training initiatives Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; CMA/RMA preferred * 35 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics or specialty care * Experience in clinical coordination, compliance, or leadership preferred * Strong knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and clinical workflows * Experience with EMR systems and documentation processes * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits: * Full medical, dental, and vision coverage with FSA and HSA options * Retirement plan with employer contributions * Company-paid life insurance * Paid Time Off program #INDADMIN
